These meetings are open to the public, and allow the Board to gather information and consider issues regarding the FR roads. Public comment is accepted under normal circumstances. Written minutes are taken for the record. Pursuant to ORS 192.640, this agenda includes a list of the main topics that are anticipated to be considered or discussed. This notice does not limit the Board’s ability to address other topics. Meetings are subject to cancellation without notice.
